Registration and Refund Policies

 

REGISTRATION POLICY:​

• Please read the course requirements carefully prior to your registration. Credentials will be verified, if you do not have the appropriate credentials or course pre-requisites (listed on course announcement on the booking page), you will forfeit all registration fees. 

 

REFUND POLICY:

• If registration is canceled prior to 30 days of the class start date, only 50% of the registration fee will be refunded or you may choose to apply the full tuition towards another class within a calendar year. 

• If registration is canceled on any date after the 30 days prior to the class start date, you will forfeit the entire amount.

• If IRONCLAD Concepts and Solutions cancels a course or a late rescheduling is necessary due to unforeseen issues, IRONCLAD Concepts and Solutions will provide an opportunity for full refund or to apply to a later course.
